Dr. Janusz Feber is a pediatric nephrologist in the Division of Pediatric Nephrology at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO), full professor at the University of Ottawa, Canada. He has special interests in arterial hypertension in children, with focus on ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM), its use for the diagnosis and management of hypertension and assessment of arterial stiffness, blood pressure variability and blood pressure rhythmicity.
Dr. Feber has published more than 140 scientific articles, many of which are in the field of pediatric hypertension. Dr. Feber actively collaborated on the development of Canadian national recommendations for the treatment of hypertension in children. He serves as a peer-reviewer in many journals in the field of hypertension and nephrology, along with several national and international grant agencies.
