Bank Transfer Payments – Terms and Conditions

Please include the invoice number in the payment reference when making a bank transfer.
We kindly request that you email your payment confirmation to [email protected] to help us allocate the funds accurately. Our payment terms are 7 days from the invoice date.
Please note: all bank charges must be covered by the payer (use “OUR” and not “SHA”). Any shortfall in payment due to fees remains the responsibility of the payer.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the registration manager at: [email protected]

The percentage of refund will be as follows for valid cancellations:

Up to 90 days prior to arrival, there will be a full refund with fewer bank charges
Up to 60 days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation charge of Euro 100.
Less than 60 days prior to arrival – no refund
Non-payment of an issued invoice does not constitute a valid cancellation.
